EBook vs. Online Course

I need some help trying to figure out the best way to market knowledge online. Over my past 4 years of college I have started, sold(or still running) 12 businesses and have several more planned out, but never got to actually do. I want to turn that information into some format so other college entrp. can access it and start generating their own money. Here is my dillema.

I can make several eBooks on different businesses (i.e How I earned over $100 a night doing car unlocks) and market them on my blog for somewhere around $10 or so. I have also been thinking about doing like an online membership community. My thought is you would pay x amount of dollars one time and get access to of my business ideas, start-up guides, operating manuals, etc. Or maybe even a monthly membership fee?

What do you think is the best method? Bottom line, I don't want to charge some crazy price that college students can't afford, but I would still like to get paid for all of my efforts in creating the documents/videos/guides.

Thanks in advance,

Travis

I wrote an eBook about creating your own webstore and sell it using ClickBank. I also created an autoresponder eCourse about selling on eBay. I have not tried the membership site yet. The nice thing about eBooks is that you can put affiliate links in the book. That way you can make money long after the book is sold. It also allows you to make money if someone passes it along to their friends.

I think an ebook is the fastest and best way to make money without much work. You spend a few nights writing a book that is worth a lot of value. Go to forums like this and digitalpoint and sell it for high, as well as ebay. Then flip it for a huge amount.

Travis,

I'd take a look at some of the leading experts in the "knowledge/information products" industry and see what they're doing. Here are a few that I've found to be quite useful:

Michael Gerber's E-Myth: e-myth.com
Brian Tracy International: briantracy.com
David Bach's "Automatic Millionaire Challenge": myfinishrichplan.com
