I am creating an ebook that teaches people streetball tricks and I don't know a suitable way to have videos on the ebook.......any ideas?

you probably wont be able to host it from a site like youtube, as people might want to read the ebook offline, so you'll have to insert the physical video files to the book (which i think means it can't be a PDF ebook.)

yeah, i think having videos would be great, consider making a website instead, where they register, and they pay to view all the content.

My original idea was to create a website but I decided against it....I think the ebook is the best option because I can easily sell it on ebay. Is there any software you can use to make a ebook that you can insert vidoes?

you can insert videos in the new PDFs as part of Adobe's LiveCycle process. I believe.

are you sure you wouldn't make more money off advertising?

I think.. I agree with Silversurfer.. try do it as a website.. you will get great traffic as long as it is very interesting.. maybe after that you can even make a forum?

Its just that I dont have the time, money and experience to make a good website. I know basic web design and development but I have weighed up the pros and cons of both options and I am pretty sure that an ebook is the right way to go. I run a very successful blog that is called streetball-videos so I could advertise my ebook all over there. I also have alot connections with people that own the biggest streetball forums on the internet.
