However I believe that there is enough intelligence out there to show that our model would work. Just in North America alone I can tell you that there is a substantial contingent of direct and indirect competitors. Restaurant.com, menupalace.com, every red tag deals and restaurant coupon site... And the overwhelming list of print media ie, 'a night out' which advertises exclusively pub, and bar food and event specials. With this kind of demand, I think that Wingnite.com would fare well in such a market.

Furthermore, forget about the IPO's, A decade ago I would have probably bought into the idea, but I and some anxious investors are just interested in making a few ad dollars.

you might want to check out campusfood.com and campusmenus.com they are geared towards the college market but can be considered competitors.
