For those of you with e commerce based businesses what software do you use to do your accounts/ finances.

I too am curious about this. I mean, we have custom built billing software that we use for invoicing, but it doesn't have the capability to remind us to send out reminders/past due/ etc notices. Does quickbooks have this ability?

I've heard people commenting on this in another section of the forum, i believe it was general business use the search function, you should be able to find it

EZIaccounts has a section where you can look at a report where it shows what people owe you money. Also when you display invoices, etc. it comes up with owing ones in green (I think green)

It doesn't have popups as such, but a lot of big businesses don't want that because they don't want 50 popups a day, etc.

I'm not sure about other programs....
