All depends on the script really. Which is it?

But if you want to view PHP on your own PC you should download a package like Uniserve (maybe called Uniserver, can't remember). It installs Apache, PHP and MySQL which you'll need to view it.

I don't totally understand the questions... but I do know from recent work that if you use Dreamweaver MX 2004 from Macromedia, there is a "live data" that I believe runs the PHP scripts to give you the look of the site.

Take a look at PHP, it is really simple to learn, believe me... I learned all that I needed to know about it to build an application in about a week. (I have had past experience program in langauges such as ASP and C++, don't know if that is a factor or not)

Another resource you may be interested in if you want to work with PHP is from Zend Studios, it is callled ZDE or something like that. The have a "personal" licsense if you want to play around with it, do a google search for their site, I don't remember it.

Hope that helps!

Well, its a basic with osCommerce. If you have an osCommerce template, then simply overwrite the MAIN folder and then view it. Not sure about the PHP without a server view.
