Before I start I know people say ideas are dime a dozen so please do not repeat that to me :D.

My idea has a huge market and has the potential to be used by every individual with access to the internet.

I will not go into the idea but my question is how do I go about finding a developer to partner with on this idea? I do understand that I should get a NDA before I discuss my idea.

I have a huge sales background and currently own my own sales and marketing business.

For me this is an idea id like to find someone young and driven to work along side with, with our combined skills and create huge profits.

My main concerns with the page is not if it will make money but if it is doable from a developer point of view.

Has anyone been through something like this before? Any help would be appreciated.
