In 1980 the firm was founded by Jeannette Black and Jerry Griffis under the name of Granbury Real Estate Professionals, INC. In 1985 the firm joined Coldwell Banker as an affiliate and took the DBA of Coldwell Banker United Realty Professionals. The firm has been under the same management and ownership for 22 years. The firm has a proud history of being number one in sales for the Lake Granbury Area for the majority of those 22 years.

Jeannette has two grown daughters - Lindi and Rae' Jeanne, two grandchildren and Bill, husband of 38 years. Jeannette's daughter, Rae' Jeanne helps run the company and supervise the relocation department.
