Many professional salespeople fail to reach their sales targets is that they don’t have confident in their products. If you walked into furniture store, the salesperson will follow you around like a puppy and explain how good their furnitures are. But, as soon as you give negative points, they will just agree with you and quickly move you on to the next piece and hope you will say yes.
Some good questions to test the confidence they have in their products are :
These questions have no problems for store that prides itself on its reputation. However, ff they don’t have a good customer service, they might just leave you alone, think about it, or ask their buddies.
My advise is before starting a business, make sure you have confidence in what you are selling or about to start. Home business succeed because their owners believe completely in what they are offering.
