Relaxation and inner peace through meditation.

Having the ability to relax and gain inner peace through meditation will bring you peace of mind, increased relaxation, happiness, calm and the ability to deal with everyday stresses much more capably and calmly. This new inner calm allows increased productivity because you are quietening the noise in your mind, which causes mental clogs, lethargy and distraction. This allows you to increase your output in a calmer frame of mind, and eventually in less time. This has knock-on effects, giving you more time to either undertake new projects, increase work responsibility and earn a greater income, or to spend more time with your family and loved ones, doing the things that are really important to you. The other benefit is that you are able to appreciate, notice and take in things which you perhaps presently don’t have time to notice because you’re too stressed or busy. This means your happiness and satisfaction for life will increase.
This methods are simple but incredibly effective, and as you develop a habit for implementing these methods you will find that it becomes an essential routine of your day, just like eating, brushing your teeth and washing, and you will eventually wonder how you managed to cope before you practiced it! You will find that it will awaken something powerful inside of you that you have never known about or used before, and it will trigger a curiosity to learn and know more about life, how the universe works, and how you can utilize these powers to make your life work smoothly, as so many are discovering and doing now. It will put you in touch with an infinite source of wisdom, intelligence and calm which could result in an exciting change of direction for you.
These method include the daily practice of any or all, of meditation, self-hypnosis and self-suggestion, positive affirmations, visualization, deep breathing, silent reflection and yoga.
These are the tools to use, are being used, and always have been used to create connection, peace, wisdom, spirituality, success, wealth, enlightenment, healing, creativity and increased happiness. What these methods allow you do to is to access and influence your subconscious mind, which is the source of all your wisdom. Our minds have 2 levels; the conscious and the subconscious. The Conscious mind is the 5% of your mind that you operate with when you are awake, your senses, your intellect, your perception. Your unconscious mind is the world of the 95% of our minds, that still too few of us are aware of being able to use. Having said that, the new age industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the World, as more and more people are actually evolving and understanding the necessity of living in a higher vibration, connecting with their higher source, and using all the faculties of their minds. Your unconscious mind is the most powerful and vast part of your mind, with unlimited knowledge and wisdom. It is completely unbiased and completely free of ego, prejudice, belief, or pain. By tapping into your subconscious you have access to everything you will ever need, and you connect to your unconscious to influence and impress onto it what it is that you want to achieve, over and over again, everyday, until your desire manifests. When you connect with your unconscious by using meditation or hypnosis (Which is perfectly safe because your unconscious won’t allow you to get into any state which is harmful for you. Your body and mind are always programmed to protect you and keep you safe, you cannot abuse the power of mind, or become lost through hypnosis) you are connected with the highest part of you, which brings you peace and harmony, and you can extract information, inspiration, knowledge, answers and ideas that you need.
All these methods, compounded over time will mean that your life will start to flow, you will cease struggling, personally, professionally, healthfully and spiritually. The key is that you will be swimming with the flow of where your life is supposed to go, you become flexible and not so rigid, more light hearted, and so you stop swimming against the current to force something to happen. Forcing something has the negative effect and it blocks the flow in your life. You will also, on a daily, real basis, develop much higher peace of mind, better, deeper, quicker inducement into sleep. Your tolerance and patience for life and others will increase and you will experience peaceful bliss, clarity, calm and genuine happiness. In my own experience it also heals illnesses, both physically and psychologically. I had been suffering with anorexia and low self-esteem, and a number of other disruptions in my life, for 2 years. Once I started meditating, and getting in touch with my spirituality, I had turned my life, health, psychology, relationships and career around within 6 months.
For visualization you must simply clearly visualize, feel, imagine, hear, smell (however you can best make your desires emotional and sensory) that which you want to manifest; the goals you wish to achieve. Do this is absolute faith, trust and belief that you already have your goal, you absolutely know you will have what you are imagining, without doubt or scepticism. This impresses your vision into your unconscious mind, and attracts it to you though the law of attraction. The added bonus to this is that you’re spending meaningful time doing something important to centre yourself, and focusing so clearly on your goals will keep them in the forefront of your mind, keeping you motivated and driven to everyday perform to the best of your ability.
These are usually best done in the morning upon waking, in your sleepy state before starting your day and letting in the daily challenges. This means that you still have close connection to your unconscious, which you settle into when you sleep, so you are constructing the way you want to feel for the rest of the day. Again at night before you go to bed. This allows you to impress your desires into your subconscious directly before you sleep, allowing your mind to work on it over night. Also because you’re shutting your mind and thoughts down, which are the things which keep you awake and unable to relax. By putting yourself into this relaxed state of mind and shutting off thought, you will naturally fall straight to sleep because meditation is the bridge between consciousness and unconsciousness. I have found personally, as a previous insomniac, I would sleep between 1-3 hours a night. I was a workaholic and I would always be thinking about work, and I was in very shallow sleep when I eventually did. Since meditation I now, quite honestly, fall straight to sleep, for a deep and peaceful 6 hours every week night, without waking, and I have programmed my mind to sleep for another 1-2 hours on a Sunday. Doing nothing more than meditating and keeping my mind peaceful and calm throughout the day. Working from home I am also able to take a half an hour meditation in the afternoon also, which I find brings me back to my centre if I find myself getting overloaded with work.
Imagine everyday when you can ignore the negative news, and design your day from the moment you wake up, maintaining a feeling of inner peace, in inner strength and resilience , patience, determination, excitement and motivation. These are all states which you have to create, they do not just come to you, but if you practice these things you will create these feelings in your own day, which is creating a life filled with deeper meaning, happiness and satisfaction. It’s about training your state of mind and controlling it, not letting it control you by default. Peace and motivation are all states which must be worked on end exercised everyday, if you don’t you will end up in a negative deficit. It takes more work to be happy, it’s too easy to be negative, so happiness, then , is a choice, not a gift bestowed on the lucky from birth.
