Help?!!!

Me and my friends are opening a clothing store. We have a great name, perfect location, and funding to start our small business...
but i do have a few problems that i need information with....
1) you can say that we are still "underage" im 16 and my partner is 17. so im a lil worried about legal issues and some of the business law. Our parents are supporting us and we will hired an attorney. but i still have doubts.... have any advice or information?
2) We're having trouble on choosing which manufacturer to do business with. We need a company that can help us design and supply our store... know any manufacturer?
We'd appriciate any one whose willing to help...
