my main interests are shopping on internet, i'm frustrated at go shopping outside,
as a new comer, nothing i could share with you, so i give my experice about buying things from internet *_*
As in China, the most famous shopping website is www.taobao.com, and i buy many things from it. and laterly I found a better shopping website:www.globeoffer.com, it supply many attractive and intresting things,like Mechannical Metronome, Intonation Trainer. i bought a intonation recently, costed me $18.16, it's cheaper than my friend's. it help me pronouce English well.

Hi all!

Completely new to this place. Found a link to it from some start-up article. Just posting to vent a bit.

Getting ready to start up my own business ^^ but all the paperwork and legal stuff makes my head spinnnnn. Wondering if there's a way to help with that.. Attorney maybe? Pretty much chaining myself to my desk, books, and pc when I'm not working my other job. I'm so tempted to just start up the web page, charter some busses, and get going. Of course, that would be one of the most foolish things I could ever do, right? Just can't wait to get started started!

Making my way through my business plan. Anyone have opinions about the business plan software they have out already? Is it worth it or should I just keep referencing other samples for a basic format for mine?

Me and my friends are opening a clothing store. We have a great name, perfect location, and funding to start our small business...
but i do have a few problems that i need information with....

1) you can say that we are still "underage" im 16 and my partner is 17. so im a lil worried about legal issues and some of the business law. Our parents are supporting us and we will hired an attorney. but i still have doubts.... have any advice or information?

2) We're having trouble on choosing which manufacturer to do business with. We need a company that can help us design and supply our store... know any manufacturer?

We'd appriciate any one whose willing to help... :)

Obstacle In Entrepreneurship?

It is my belief that the hardest obstacle that you will face in the area of entrepreneurship, is thinking an believing that you can achieve your set goals and go waaay beyond that point.

When you first decide to go into business for yourself there is an excitement and fear of the unknown journey that is placed before you. I have personally experienced where I have been on top of the world, and then...all of a sudden I was faced with the question: "Did I make the right decision"? Well...that negative thought was short lived and I began to look at any problem that arose as an opportunity. Problems are opportunities for you to step into the spotlight and show yourself and those who admire you that you have the wits and perserverance to change that situation. Now...if you don't believe that you can do it...then, you won't.

At your time of vunerability it would work for me to do these things:

1. Think of a person, place, or event that you enjoy (this changes your mood)

2. Think of something that you are THANKFUL FOR ( if you can't think of anything...just be thankful that you are alive, in your right mind, and can even think at all!)

3. Surround yourself with like minded people that can only add to your life...if someone is constantly placing the "negative" before you, instead of the positive...take a break from them!

I am no guru by no means...but these things that I have mentioned, has helped me get through many challenging situations....I hope that this will help you in some way!

Here is a small story I love to share, whenever I can !

There was this rat who found it miserable to live as a cat would pounce on it whenever the rat comes out of the hole. It was worried and frustated.

Then some one said, the Owl on the tree has a solution for all problems. Rat finds an opportunity to manage from the cat and goes to the owl and pour it's heart out.

Owl, thinks for a while and says --' You become a Dog. And cats can't chase dogs.'

Rat was overwhelmed with that opportunity and comes back. Tries to become a dog , but in vain. Frustrated, Rat goes to the owl again!

The Owl declares 'I am a consultant. I give ideas and solutions. It is your responsibility to implement!'
