the past several days, things were going pretty well, until yesterday when I went on a pick up and was stopped. It was a worker who was none too happy with my business, and didn't want me doing it. I contacted the head guy over everyone in the county, to let him know the situation and fill him in on what I was doing. Setback...I have to draw up a statement of what i'm doing (i'm going to just draw a contract) and submit it to him to go through his attny for legalities I might incur. So i'm stopped...

I am a Sophomore in college right now and I just thought of a brilliant idea for a new invention that could be BIG (it is not invented yet). The thing is that I do not have the funding and supplies for this process because of college at this time... I want to take this idea to the next level, I just don't know what to do next...
