Define Your Why To Really Be Great
Some of you may have seen my interview with Branding Authors Carol Chapman and Suzanne Tulien. I am actually beginning their online training this week. I am excited because I know I will unearth a ton of valuable information to help my clients and myself in my quest to selling my own audio book and also my strategic planning “system”. More than anything the training will help me understand my Brand DNA.
Also, I caught this comment from a reader on the TED site. She said in essence we follow some things, leaders and products because we have to and we follow others because we want to. Is your product or service something someone would want to follow? How could you make it something people would want to follow? Success by design comes to mind from my author and brand expert friends Suzanne and Carol.
Ok, so now that i shared that, I saw in this video below the magic formula if you will that really helps me to deep dive another mile or so into the fabric of what brand really is. Take the 18 minutes to watch this video. Simon Sinek is brilliant. You have to watch this. You owe it to your business. It enhances context around what I am learning about brand and marketing.
