		<description>I have to sya, 6 and 8 are a must..thanks for providing this. I often find myself pushing people with thoughts of positivity, it&#039;s sooooo easy to be positive when you can structure your mindset for it.

		<description>It&#039;s amazing that all of the commandments seem to point right back to customer service. I really liked that. I am a firm believer that sales and customer service go hand and hand. If your customers love you, they will overlook many of the flaws your product or service may have. Thanks for sharing that Evan. I actually wouldn&#039;t mind having a couple of those shirts. :)</description>
