As a matter of fact, I am of the opinion that the ability to bounce back and try again is what seperates the true entrepreneurs from the wannabe's. My husband and I have had a spectacular failed attempt which has resulted in four years of legal battles. Noone starts a business expecting it to all end up in a courtroom, but it is something that should be considered, especially if you are dealing with a unique intellectual property.
