What's Important?

What's Important?

As entrepreneurs, one of the things we often struggle with most is balance.  More specifically, we can find it difficult to balance our business obligations with family obligations.  If you have children and are an entrepreneur (especially if you work from home), chances are that at some point you've expressed to your child that your attention must be on your work right now… that they need to wait for whatever it is they're "bugging" you for.

In less than 30 seconds, the clip below, from HP, illustrates this dilemma and, like all good Hollywood flicks, has a happy ending.  It might not be completely realistic, but does it get you thinking?  If asked what's most important, most of us could quickly rattle off the "right" answer — but just as in business, it is our actions that make the greatest impact.
