Also, Print24′s pricing is excellent on flyers, business cards, calendars, labels, brochures, catalogs, and a lot more. And something else that’s nice is that they have very low minimums. How to Order from Print24
The home page of the Print24 site is very different from that of most web-to-print sites, because the order form is the first thing you see. You won’t have to search the site for what you’re looking for – it’s right there! This is a very cool feature. Remember when I said their site could use some tweaking? Well, there are a few frustrating features that you should be aware of. First, start off by registering right away, before you do anything else. If don’t register and just fill out the order form, the site makes you register, and when you go back to the order form, you’ll have to put all your data in again. So just avoid the wasted time by registering before proceeding. Speaking of registering, you should know that pretty much every field on the order form is required – even Mr., Ms., etc. and “Legal [business] form” (LLC, Corp, etc.). And if you fail to fill in a required field, other information drops out, so you can get stuck on this form for a while. Easy to avoid thought - just fill out every field.
Once you make it through the signup process, you finally get to begin your order. This is where you’ll start to forget the signup frustrations, because Print24′s online design platform is great. (Note: make sure you turn off your popup blocker so it will load properly.) They have hundreds of stock designs to choose from for business cards, ranging from very basic to sophisticated, so you’ll definitely be able to find something you like. You’ll appreciate the WYSIWYG editor for the online design, because you get all kinds of options for type styles, alignment, color… the list goes on.
Ok, so you’ve completed your design, and hit submit. Now you’ll go to checkout. Again, the pricing is great, and shipping on 500 business cards is less than $6, so the total with shipping for 500 high-gloss, full-color business cards is only about $26 – a very good price!
The Bottom Line:
While Print24′s initial signup and ordering process is far from perfect, once you’re past that, everything is good. And obviously you only have to sign up once, so don’t sweat it. The whole point of ordering printing is in the quality of the finished product, and the cards I got were great. They arrived on time, and they looked fantastic.
