Nice story, I agree that VISION is Key. Everyone needs that person in life that gives it to them straight, but they also need to be able to se it for themselves.

Thanks for the post. I think vision is the vital for success. A vision then leads to goals, which must be supported by numbers, or they are slogans more or less. Everything comes back to that vision in mind which is the ultimate reward. Channel dedication and passion towards that vision.
