Good article. As you said many times fixing one area (like a cluttered garage), can lead to other things falling into place. A small thing that makes a huge difference to time management and organization is having a set place for everything. Especially those day-to-day essentials such as keys and wallets.

That's an interesting article and has made me go back and revisit my time management. I realise that I work best when I'm working on non urgent but important tasks. As soon as they cross over into the urgent and important is when my stress levels rise. A good learning point for me, so thanks

Great article.

If you'd like a tool for managing your time and projects, you can use this application inspired by David Allen's GTD:

<a href="http://www.Gtdagenda.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.Gtdagenda.com</a>

You can use it to manage and prioritize your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.

This is a topic I speak of very often. I am just wrapping up the 4 Hour Workweek and he takes time management a step futher, after reading his book I think people can realize just how much time they are wasting and working on the wrong things.

Thanks for the post. Time management is such a key to increase productivity and efficiently. Sometimes I procrastinate and work does not get done until late in the night. If I was able to manage my time better, the work could have been done much earlier, and left time for fun later in the day. Instead, the work gets pushed until later and you feel like you have been working all day, when nothing has been done. I needed this post as a pick me up reminder, thanks.
