I know that a few years ago I wasn't seeing my wife for any quality time so I made an appointment with her on a Friday morning and didn't go to the office. At first i was worried that it would affect the business but now everyone knows that on Friday mornings I have an automatic appointment with her. Even customers know not to call then.
