Research shows that only 1 in 3 people do what they do best each day. Doing what we're good at is energizing. The more work I do with organizations, the more I realize that passionate employees equal bigger profits. Therefore, it is a win/win to do what you love!

Work is futile if it is not making you grow

work right, not hard!

Do not confuse motion and progress. A rocking horse keeps
moving but does not make any progress.

Kimberly,
I really enjoyed reading this article. Last Friday, I had a day that totally drained my energy. It wasn't until the end of the day that I realized that I had alot of tasks on my list that were not important. Realizing that inspired me to to reprioritize, starting with my purpose and strengths. By making purpose a priority, my work went from seeming menial to being meaningful.

Energy comes from within. Either you have it or you don't. It can be gained, but a lot of training, but a startup doesn't have time - they need the best people possible.
