Twitter Hawk is great for automatically retweeting when a particular keyword is used in a tweet http://www.twitterhawk.com/(paid).

Twellow is a great tool to find your potential target profiles http://www.twellow.com/

You should check out http://www.CloudProfile.com covered in Mashable yesterday. It’s not solely focused on Twitter, but does handle multiple Twitter accounts while also supporting Facebook integration, a search optimized web presence, an integrated online engagement stream, and a combo of other elements that are aimed at helping small businesses to be found and engage online.

I would definitely add Hootsuite. It’s TweetLater + Monitter + Bit.ly + Tweetdeck + cotweet + so much more.
Schedule your tweets, manage multiple accounts, create customized columns and tabs to track everything you want to see.

It has been by far the most helpful tool to handle multiple businesses.
