    I’ve known for a long time that I wanted to own a business. It just took me a while to figure out what type of business I would get excited enough about to actually do it. Now that I own Ryon Web Design and business is starting to pick up, I know I made the right decision.

    For me it was after being downsized for the second time in a five year span at the age of 56. Knowing that the “over fifty” stigma and the economy would be working against me I realized it was time to create a new mindset for myself.
