Mine? When in doubt, do it. I think too many people stand on the sidelines indefinitely, missing out on profit and learning opportunities for fear of goofing up!
Strike a balance. If you’re looking for low turnover but strong customers, referral market. Create strategic relationships and refer clients to others.
If you are looking for high turn-over, don’t spend all day trying to find out the favorite color of everyone of your connections. Let them know what you offer… then move on.
