Our 25th Review our Blog entry comes thanks to Chris Palko from YoungBusinessOwner.com. You can read what he had to say about us in his blog post: YoungEntrepreneur.com Review.

YoungBusinessOwner.com was established in 2008 in order to provide aspiring entrepreneurs the information they are looking for without all the extras.
The information provided on Chris’ site is not like other “business” sites. Other business sites talk of $100,000 business loans and leasing giant warehouses and office buildings. This kind of information is simply out of the question for the majority of those looking to start their own business. The information Chris provides is exactly what the young (and not so young) entrepreneur is looking for; simply how and where to get the appropriate licenses, low-cost start-ups, cost-effective advertising strategies, and much more.
Thanks for the review Chris!

Our 22nd Review our Blog entry comes thanks to Anthony B. Mallgren from Novorum Consulting. You can read what he had to say about us in his blog post: Young Entrepreneur Blog Source For Gen-Y Networking/Advice.

Novorum Consulting Inc. was founded June 13th, 2008 by Anthony Mallgren and Cory J. Geesaman – seeing an immediate opening within the business technology infrastructure market. Novorum Consulting Inc could be considered a hedge software development company, as they seek out higher risk projects for higher returns. They have established a reputation for coming into clutch situations and bringing motivation, organization and excitement, then delivering a showcase solution. In most cases, they are more likely to work 5-9 rather than the other way around. Their “value add” is really bringing an equal mix of business acumen and technical know-how to deliver truly innovative and effective solutions.
Thanks for the review Anthony!

Do you have a blog that young entrepreneurs would be interested in? Can we help you promote it to our community?
Over a year ago we launched a new initiative called Review Our Blog where we showcased different blogs targeted at other young entrepreneurs. It became a great opportunity for bloggers to get links and traffic to their sites.
Here’s how the program works:
If you write a review of the Young Entrepreneur Blog on your blog and include a link to our blog, we will highlight your website in our blog and link back to your site.
Simply post the review (200 words or more please) in your blog and email me at evan @ youngentrepreneur.com to let us know – then we will put up our post with your website and link to you!
The idea is to create a “win-win” where we can both expose our readers to each others blog audiences.
So far we have had over 20 entrepreneurs take us up on the opportunity – you can see the complete list here.
We are now looking for new blogs to profile and I’m looking forward to hearing from you and discovering your website. We can only do one profile per week and you will get an exclusive listing on the weekend so your post will be the only one going up that weekend!
We’ll put them up on a first-come-first-served basis so get your entries in early!

Our 18th Review our Blog entry comes thanks to Kristina Libby from Global Entrepreneurship Week. You can read what she had to say about us in her blog post: Young Entrepreneurs in the Blogosphere.

Countries all around the world are joining together to carry the banner of Global Entrepreneurship Week, an initiative aimed at young people everywhere. During the week of November 17 – 23, 2008, partner organizations will conduct a range of activities – from simple speeches to comprehensive competitions – designed to inspire, connect, inform, mentor and engage the next generation of entrepreneurs.
The Week is a worldwide initiative that is linking all those willing to embrace it. Host organizations in each participating country are recruiting partners and coordinating related activities. The exact type of these activities, whether online or face-to-face, is limited only by the imaginations of the partners and the participants. And while a list of suggested activities such as invention competitions, entrepreneurship film festivals, networking events, school-based activities, and local entrepreneurship summits – will be available on the website, the actual activities conducted by partners will vary greatly.
