TEST – REFINE – TEST – REFINE etc No-one has the right to say what will work for any specific campaign or ploy because there are too many variables. Only the visitors will decide that! FIRE – READY – AIM is along those lines too (sorry that’s two tips!)
Make sure you have 100% control at all times over all your published content. Don’t depend on entities like Google, YouTube and WordPress.COM as stable, friendly business partners in hosting your video content, PPC ads, blog whatever. They can and usually will arbitrarily shut down your accounts and you have absolutely NO recourse with them. Loss of content and getting your marketing shut down is not what you want. Don’t put all your “marketing eggs” in one basket … they will get broken.
PS – if you go to my blog, it’s under construction at this time and a work in progress, FYI.
Get organized (GTD is great) and stay focused. Envision your dreams and make them happen. = )
Your site is worth being in the top cause it contains some really helpful information.
Very useful and informative site. One thing I want to share is using the order form process to have clarity in business. http://www.spiritualpreneurs.com/what-can-simply-having-clarity-do-for-your-business/
Passion is the key to a successful internet marketing strategy. If you don’t feel passion about what you’re marketing, how the hell will anyone else? Take a website like http://www.dubli.com. An auction site that offers the cheapest deals on the net. That’s something that a lot of people can be sold on right now, so they get excited, you’re excited about their excitement, and it kinda feeds of each other.
But then you say ‘well, hang on, take a look here, too – http://www.dublinetwork.com, and there’s an even bigger opportunity. You make money as you save it!’ Who’s not going to be drawn in by someone who shares excitement and passion, and says ‘hey, here’s something good for you, let’s look at it’.
So that’s my tip. Passion. If you’re not passionate, nobody else will be, and the rest of the strategy will fall apart, no matter how hard you work at it.
Social bookmarketing sites plays a big role in marketing your site and make it visible to others at huge scale. i prefer to submit my sites to Digg, Stumbleupon, Reddit and few more SB sites and get good traffic from those.
