For those of you Alexa fanatics out there you’ll be pleased to notice that they just launched a new version which includes new features as well as an algorithm update.

The toolbar is still out of date but the if you go to Alexa.com you can enter in your site to see how you’ve fared.

YoungEntrepreneur.com, for example moved from 61,485 to 33,470 overnight! Needless to say, I’m a big fan of the new rating system!

Also, you’ll be able to see stats such as estimated bounce rates and time on site for the url you enter in. The layout is much more bubbly and user friendly.

On another note, March was the best ever month for our blog in terms of new RSS subscribers! Our previous best month was February 2008 when one of our blog posts hit the front page of Digg and it caused a surge in readership of 192 new RSS subscribers for the month.

I’m pleased to say that we passed the record month in March with 202 new RSS subscribers! Thank you everyone for your loyalty and for continuing to read our blog and tell your friends about us!

Hopefully we’ll continue our record setting pace – I’m looking forward to cracking the 2,000 RSS subscriber mark!
