		<description>I got your blog from alltop.com and found it to be very inetersting. I have subscribed it both at alltop and in my bloglines.

Most of the people go with the tide because of there risk averse nature. However there are many who go against it and become famour. frankly number of successful people here is not large and most poele fail. We remember only thise who are successfull just because no one is ready to talk about failures.

This does not mean that one should not go against tide but then one should take calculated risk according to their situation. 

Just my two cents.

We mexicans almost never use the second last name, unless oficial documents. It is usually abreviated, like &quot;Carlos Slim H.&quot;
