I agree with you about taking action. That's great advice. Too often, entrepreneurs--especially rookie entrepreneurs--find themselves suffering from analysis paralysis. This happens for any number of reasons. But entrepreneurship is inherently ambiguous. So (small) business owners must be comfortable with making decisions with limited data. Great interview.
