		<description>Great poll. My business role model is definitely my grandpa who has had a plethora of entrepreneurial success and most importantly, did it the right way through hard work, ethical relationships, and being smarter than everyone else (seriously, I wish I was 1/100 as smart as he is).

Here is my question: Is a role model someone you look up to and possibly emulate their skills? Or is a role model someone you want to become?</description>
