I'm learning how to do this Evan!

I have found taking quality time to myself allows me to recharge my energy. I get more done in the long run...

But it is wonderful to do what you love.

Great thoughts Leanne.
I know that a few years ago I wasn't seeing my wife for any quality time so I made an appointment with her on a Friday morning and didn't go to the office.
At first i was worried that it would affect the business but now everyone knows that on Friday mornings I have an automatic appointment with her. Even customers know not to call then. It is another nuance on having an appointment with yourself.
Is this some thing you had thought about?
