How to make friends and influence people is a good read for anyone in any walk of life. And in these tough times, I think all entrepreneurs could do a lot worse than read "how to stop worrying and start living", for the sake of their sanity! Ref the quote specifically - I agree. Team here knows we have four core things we're trying to improve on that should take up most of our focus. Other things can come in and we welcome them, but we try to make sure we don't try to do too many things at once. Finish one, then begin the next.
