Success is determined at sunrise, not sunset. Lost my shirt in the restaurant business and as a result filed bankruptcy. My experiences taught me so much about personal finances that it completely, and I mean completely, altered my vision for my other business which is an investment advisory firm. That business, which luckily survived the bankruptcy, is growing by leaps and bounds because now I know how to advise entrepreneurs on the importance of financial liquidity. The failure of one business led to the creation of "The Entrepreneur's Dream Financial Plan." I couldn't come up with a better name...so let me know if any of you have a better idea. More people are failures from not trying than trying and failing. One of my favourite expressions (and words I live by) are
