		<description>Excellent, there is a big difference between deligating and releasing all control. The problem we experienced was steeping away from the production line and not periodically verifying that operations where going on properly.</description>

		<description>I definitely agree that knowing your business is vital but I would be a little wary of being too involved. You want to create an environment where employees feel they are trusted and that they are valuable to the company.</description>

Clearly not possible in all circumstances, but a good idea if possible...alternative being to listen, ask questions and expect answers that make sense.</description>
