These might be known as weaknesses to some, but they are weaknesses only in context. For example, talking about numbers or figures bores me senseless, so I avoid jobs or tasks that require this behavior. It might be seen as a weakness to some, but I surround myself by those who are good at speaking in terms of numbers and figures.
