Hello Michelle,

I just tried to sign up for your newsletter & got an error message. (below) Make sure that you get that fixed. Send everyone in your data base a coupon for a few hours of work for free or something like that. Once they give you a try & see your professionalism, outstanding work & how easy it is to work with you, you will no doubt add some new customers. I use an e-mail tool called Constant Contact which I like a lot. You do not have to invest any money though to send everyone an e-mail. Just be sure you put everyone's address in Bcc:. Better yet take some time or have one of your virtual assistants copy & paste the email addresses & your message but also quickly type in there first name to personalize the message. You will get a higher response by doing that.

Good luck!!!

Mason

I think there’s no question at this point that in order to remain a competitive Web presence, particularly in the tech field, you have to be mindful of keywords. Even 10 years ago, I think simply having a Web site gave you an advantage over many other businesses … but now everyone has one, so the stakes have been raised. I work with small business computer consultants, and I know that a lot of them mistake a well-written, well-designed Web site for a fancy one. I always stress that easy-to-understand, effective content is 10 times more important than flashy design and cutting-edge technology. Flashy Web sites, particularly in the small business realm where potential clients are going to be largely non-technical (with no formal IT departments), can just be confusing and you can end up losing business. Thanks for this helpful advice about how to make SEO work more efficiently!
