		<description>Great post. I especially like the part about taking mini-vacations. We started doing this and it is wonderful. The health related points are also important and often overlooked.

One thing that often burns out entrepreneurs is that they are overworked doing &lt;em&gt;everything&lt;/em&gt; in the company. There is no plan on how to grow the business without increasing your workload.

Start carving out parts of your business to outsource. Write the procedure on how each is best done including standards and specific directions. Then let go of some of it.

The E-Myth Revisited is a great resource on this. While I don&#039;t agree with everything he says, it is one of the top few books in my reference library next to my desk (it sits next to the 7 habits).</description>
