One of the way to let money work even harder for you is to grow your money through leveraging. Leveraging other people's money to grow your wealth. That is something like borrowing money from bank to finance and grow your own business.

Make your money work for you is great advice. But what I really want to know is where do the rich buy their assets? Take my situation. I have $16,000 that I am looking to invest for passive income. My goal is to have enough income every month to cover my living expenses. Once I accomplish this, my plan is to continue reinvesting any excess back into more investments. I have been searching for silent partnership opportunities with limited success. Does anyone know a good place to buy income producing assets?

Thanks again,

Wayne Meyers

I have an opportunity to open a successful business in China.
Unfortunatelly, after reading a few of Mr. Kiyosaki's books, nowhere does he teach about how to do anything if one has no funds.
It would be great to see such authors write a book on how someone with a great idea but no funds, can start a great business. The company who has seen our proposals is eager to start building but nothing can be accomplished without funds.
Mr. Kiyosaki's book is meant to be read only by those who already have some cash in their pocket.

I just finished his Rich Dad, Poor Dad book last week. I'm almost finished with Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant book. Again, a GREAT read.

His idea of purchasing the 87 acres for $115,000 and then selling 30 of it for $215,000 financing it himself for the guy is just genius!

Also, I would really like to speak with you via email (eb at ellisbenus.com) regarding using some of your material when I speak to college students at a few upcoming seminars. If you could email me to touch base I would greatly appreciate it.
