For example, being a publisher and webmaster, if i request a campiagn of X soap since it suits my market very well at US $ 80 CPD program, Does the advertiser i.e. Soap X know about it? Does Google sell on Soap X's Behalf or does Soap X allot me the campaign themself? I need to know this since i am fairly new to this business and need to bill soap X for running their campiagn for one month in a CPD program. I would be grateful if someone can help.
