Great advice. When I read point 2 I thought of a book I refer to from time to time called, Getting Things Done: The art of Stress-Free Productivity. I'm sure you have heard of it, as it is a national best seller. In the book, David Allen talks about organizing things into the right "buckets" and then following up weekly to keep up with the system.

Point 6 hit home with me too. I have a hard time delegating or outsourcing tasks to others who could do the job more efficiently than me. Part of this is due to the stage I am at in my startup right now, and part of this is due to the fact that I just flat out need to let go.

Great tips! My challenge is your first tip. Although I am able to squeeze the personal development in, exercise and nutrition always seem to get the short end!

"Successful Small Business Owners Clean out the Clutter Regularly"

That one hit a nerve. I can't get anything done when my office is a mess. For some reason disorganization clutters the mind as well as the physical surroundings.
