I am fortunate to be where I am today with the business I started a year ago. I can honestly say that it's because I use every strategy laid out here. If you find yourself saying "Hey, I do that", then you really need to get yourself on track before it's too late. I know a restaurant owner who broke all of these "rules" and he is now out of business. Don't let it happen to you. Follow this advice and you will go far. This is good information.
