When there are so many things a business owner has to keep on top of – marketing, keywords, finances, email, the services or goods you actually offer – it’s good to hear a word on the importance of bringing ’silence’ and simplicity into one’s life.

Great post! It reminds me of something another business leader once told me:

The secret to success in anything is to do one thing everyday to improve yourself. Read a blogpost or a book to advance your knowledge; make that call you’ve been putting off; learn a new skill or sit down with a past client and just talk just to get to know them (with no sales agenda).

All of these consistent little advances aggregate into giant strides over the course of a month, a year or a career. Inching forward day by day puts you in better position to capitalize on the larger gains when opportunities arise.
